Celebrating 25 Years of Pleasure !

In 1983 Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas took off their shoes, eliminated repetitive jogging up and down, blended moves from the Martial Arts, Dance Arts and Healing Arts, added vocal Sounding and emotional expression, and created Nia.

For the past twenty-five years people have been transforming their bodies and lives with Nia in joyful and pleasurable ways that follow the map of the body, what we call - The Body's Way TM

Fun, fluid and interactive, Nia creates an integrated and balanced workout, that turns working out into "bodywork".

Join us in our year long Celebration of Pleasure, Sustainability in a Body, and Living with Style

Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas met in 1981, and together they created Nia, the first fusion fitness technique. They have appeared on numerous television and radio programs, as well as in more than 600 newspapers and magazines, including Harper's Bazaar, Self, Shape, and The New York Times. They live in Portland, Oregon, home of The Nia Technique, Inc
