The focus of this routine is principle #13 of the White Belt, "Teaching What You Sense" with an emphasis on "Movement Extensions". This routine clearly demonstrates how to experience a class which is taught by using TWYS. The up-beat music makes this routine easy to follow. All the songs stimulate the body to move with ease and give you the opportunity to focus on sensation. The clarity of the movements makes this routine ideal for new students, and can slowly be adapted to higher levels of performance. Steps, stances and kicks all play a role, as well as creative arm motions with strong support from core movements.
